This project explore the fine line between material and immaterial using methods of translation to confront these two realms, the virtual act as an allegory to highlight the fragility and the poetics of life. Our perception plays a major role in the act of translating the real into a relevant information.
Yet this simple premise rises the question of sorting what is valuable from what isn’t valuable per se. How is the relation between the original source and the translated artefact is affected? What is the significance of the translation process of a perception into concrete means of expression? What role does technology plays in this system?
